APPETIZERS


Bruchetta
Foccacia bread with sun-dried tomatoes, basil, fresh parmesan cheese and prosciutto ham ~ oven baked.

Crab & Artichoke Dip
Real crab mixed with cream cheese, artichoke, lemon and 3-pepper blend broiled with jack and cheddar cheeses. Served with crackers and focaccia bread.

Coconut Shrimp
Coconut crusted Gulf shrimp with teriyaki and wasabi sauce.



SALADS

Raspberry Chicken Salad
Mixed baby field greens, charbroiled chicken breast, cashews, and fresh vegetables with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Blackened Salmon Salad
Cajun seasoned fresh Atlantic salmon served on mixed baby greens, scallions, peppers, onions, tomatoes, egg, bacon and spicy pecans with honey mustard dressing.

Cranberry Pecan Salad
Fresh spinach tossed in a cranberry orange vinaigrette, garnished with craisins, red onions, Feta cheese, mandarin oranges, and spicy pecans. Topped with grilled chicken breast.

Roasted Potato Pizza
Sliced baked potato layered with Ranch dressing sauce, cut scallions, chopped bacon, topped with mozzarella, cheddar & jack cheeses ~ sour cream.

BBQ Chicken Pizza
BBQ Chicken breast, caramelized onions, cilantro, smoked cheddar and mozzarella ~ BBQ sauce.

White Garlic Shrimp Pizza
Gulf shrimp with garlic cream sauce, cut scallions, tomatoes and basil topped with fresh parmesan.

Tortellini Carbonara & Chicken
Cheese tortellini sautéed with bacon, onions, chicken, Roma tomatoes and broccoli finished with cream and herbs.

Cajun Chicken Linguine
Cajun seasoned and pan seared fresh chicken breast with fresh vegetables. “Our most famous pasta!”

Seafood Diavolo
Gulf shrimp, sea scallops and clams sautéed with garlic and fresh basil finished in a spicy tomato sauce tossed with angel hair pasta.


ENTREES


Chicken Breast Marsala
Sautèed chicken breast and wild mushrooms, finished in a marsala wine sauce. Served with broccoli angel hair pasta.

Creamy Seafood Jambalaya
Sea scallops, shrimp and white fish in a Cajun Cream sauce around our famous jambalaya.

Chicken Scallopini
Tender chicken medallions, seasoned artichoke hearts, mushrooms, capers and crispy pancetta bacon sautèed in a hearty lemon cream sauce over linguine.

STEAKS & CHOPS


Hunter’s Ribeye ~ 12 oz.
Charbroiled with Montreal steak seasoning (a little coarse salt, crushed red and black peppers and game spices), served with Burgundy Au Jus, a grilled onion slab and butter browned potatoes.

Honey-Pepper Rotisserie Pork Loin
Fresh cut boneless pork loin rotisserie roasted with our seasoned fresh cracked pepper and honey with choice of two sides.

Pepper Steak and Mushroom Pasta
Beef tenderloin charbroiled with fresh cracked pepper and bearnaise sauce. Served with wild mushroom fettuccini Alfredo.

Canadian Walleye
Breaded and deep-fried with dill hollandaise and toasted almonds.

Macadamia Halibut
Baked Alaskan Halibut encrusted with macadamia nuts with lemon sauce and choice of two sides.

Honey Pepper Salmon
